As we age, we lose muscle mass and can become increasingly frail. We feel less confident in doing even the most basic physical activities, such as climbing stairs, carrying groceries, getting in an out a car or traveling comfortably.

The best way to maintain strength is by doing resistance exercises. Our daily videos will demonstrate effective resistance exercises that can be done using weights or your own body weight. Our program includes both gym and at-home strength building workouts.

Building core strength is important because strong abdominal muscles help support your back. Both sit-ups and squats are essential to your daily strength routine, and a variety of these exercises will be demonstrated in our videos. Squats without weight are essential.
