EAT HEALTHY

  • Eat whole foods, not processed foods, and your system will function more efficiently as you age. Real food does not come in boxes or cans
  • Eat less animal products. You can eat meat or poultry, just a lot less of it.
  • Eat whole grains, natural breads, oats, bran, and brown rice. They provide a consistent source of energy and help you stay satisfied.
  • Control your dairy consumption. A little cheese on occasion is okay but not every day.
  • You’ve heard this before now you’re hearing it again. “Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.”
  • Try to eat at the same time every day. Morning, mid-day and early evening.
  • Control your snacking.
  • Health Bars … WHY? They are loaded with sugar and calories and are not real food.
  • Change can be fun and keep your sense of humor. New foods can be hit or miss at first but you’ll develop a taste for natural, unprocessed foods.
  • Fish provides more nutrition naturally with less fat.

Good Nutrition is up to you. Take charge of what you eat and in a relatively short time you will feel the difference.
